The end of days
The end of days is the beginning of forever,
forever no more memories, of secrets, forbidden stories
longing for dreams forgotten with time
lost loves reunite without question
I can only see the end of days because
the night eludes me
days never end, they replay, rewind, remind
eye's that see clearly shut, await the sun
If there are no days there can be no nights
Night imprisons my mind with all that is,
was and will be, my life

How have we come to this
this comfort, love, life
This day..
As you look at us do you see who we are
can you feel our dreams come true, our future awaits
This day..
Can you see our babies tender faces
and soft sounds of happiness
This day..
can you feel the sun fade as you glide through
the evenings glassy water
This day..
Began with friendship, restaurants and oil changes
This day..
Can you hear the cheering parents
at soccer and football games, Christmas programs
This day..
Do you remember the names and faces of friends and colleges
whom touched our lives
This day..
As you climb into that car can you feel it's power
beneath you pushing around the corners to the finish line
This day..
As the cold steals our breath with beauty and sheer silence
we listen for his call
This day..
A new sound beacons our children to ride forever
This day..
We struggle with our dreams and desires
This day..
As many (to few) the powder hits us fueling a passion within
This day..
A new job becomes so much more, a beginning we never imagined
would take us on a new road, today it is our life blood
This day..
gives us opportunity, freedom, passion, knowledge
This day..
We will give and receive love
From this day forward I am yours Forever
